Speaking to WSJ. Magazine recently, she revealed: ‘I like this place called SolidCore. It’s a full-body high-intensity workout but on a reformer, and it’s been killing my ass. I love it’.

SolidCore was founded in 2013 in Washington D.C. by Anne Mahlum, former non-profit worker turned entrepreneur. She created it to be ‘pilates core workouts redefined’.

As well as the popular workout, Sydney used to compete in MMA competitions but is unable to do the activity as often as she likes in case she gets an injury.

Speaking to Women’s Health magazine, Sydney recalled: ‘It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place.

‘Those guys were probably saying, “Oh, we didn’t want to hurt her”, but they were definitely trying. Everyone broke a sweat!’

Sydney also raves about the benefits of water-sports, claiming it always makes her body more ‘sculpted’ and ‘stronger’.

The publication added: ‘I grew up on the water, always running around in a bikini. If I wasn’t swimming in the lake or the ocean, I was skiing or attempting to surf.

‘I see such a change in my body after an entire summer. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid.’
