TOP stars, including Body Coach Joe Wicks and Hike Life blogger Roz Purcell, turned out for a mega Dublin festival to meet fitness fans on Saturday.
Joe, 37, and Roz, 32, were among the headliners at Europe’s largest health and wellness festival.
Thousands of people gathered at the WellFest Main Stage for a live HIIT workout with Joe.
The session was among the highlights of day one of the event, which kicked off today at Dublin’s Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
Roz led a Women in the Great Outdoors discussion while Trisha’s Transformation favourite Trisha Lewis whipped up a storm with a food demo.
Queens Don’t Quit star Maeve Madden also put attendees through their paces with a workout party, followed by a Sweat to the Beat session with PT Niamh Cullen.
Elsewhere at the festival, there was a host of talks and sessions on meditation, mindfulness, and health, including a collective guided meditation session led from the Main Stage by performance psychologist Gerry Hussey.
Over the course of the weekend, the meadows at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham have been transformed into 15 stages dedicated to different areas of health, fitness, food and wellbeing.
And more than 150 health and fitness experts from Ireland, the UK and further afield will participate in events.
WellFest co-founder Katie Ryan said: “We are thrilled to have kick-started this year’s WellFest with so many fantastic names and exciting activities.
